The Foundation believes that education is a key building block to creating a robust and thriving community. The Foundation believes in a Four Pillar plan to uplift the community – Education, Economic Development, Community and Health.
Education
Economic Development
Community
Health
As part of the Foundation’s Economic Development initiative, the Foundation hosts monthly and quarterly seminars and roundtable discussion with financial industry professionals discussing financial topics with the community.
The Foundation also hosts community block club meetings, voter education and education seminars and non-partisan political forums.
The Foundation hosts monthly health screenings and other health initiatives including blood drives.
The Foundation recognizes a need for a mentoring/leadership program in the community and is in process of developing a leadership program and curriculum for grades 1-6. The Foundation believes that it is imperative to reach children in their formative years. There are many programs for high school students but few that address the need of younger children. Our plan is to develop leadership skills in children earlier in their development.
